NBTV and the Ludlow Institute seek a detail-obsessed Video Editor & Post-Production Manager to vet videos for final polish and manage the production pipeline for all deliverables.

• Ensure every video meets high editorial standards with precise cuts, smooth transitions, and flawless audio.

• Perform final polish, including color correction, timing adjustments, and sound mixing.

• Oversee and manage post-production workflows, keeping projects on track and ensuring timely delivery.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, and team members to maintain efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong sound mixing skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail—you notice every frame, cut, and audio inconsistency.

• Experience managing production pipelines, ensuring smooth workflows and on-time delivery.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Passion for privacy and digital rights is a plus.
